Do I need some special software to PC to run or configure the system?
No. The configuration is done by using Telnet program which is available in every Pc (either in Hyperterminal or in system command level.) Run time monitoring and adjustments can be done by any WEB browser program by opening a WEB session using Controllers IP- address.
Only if a higher level host system services are needed (like trend collection or graphical user interfaces) then a dedicated PC software ( like ClearScada server software available from us or equivalent from other vendors) must be used.
How many temperature measurement modules can I have in one system?
Behind one MIC- controller you can connect 200 temperature measurement interfaces (like PT1k-01F module) or any other measurement modules. Then you can connect any number of controllers together to your PC with Ethernet cables and swithces. So basically your system can have unlimeted number of measurement points.
